Rembrandt watercolours master the art of transparency so that all layers of your watercolour remain visible. Made in Holland by a painstaking process that includes up to 9 passes through the triple roll mill. This to achieve not only the micron size for perfect dispersion but a proper blending with the vehicle so colours sit up on your paper surface for maximum brilliance. Except for two madder pigments all colours have the highest level of lightfastness for maximum permanence. Worthy of special note are such colours as: Transparent Titanium White which is excellent for applying a very transparent veil-like layer, Super Transparent Azo Yellows and Reds, a full range of Transparent Iron Oxides for transparent earthy tones and a range of granulating colours, such as, Cobalts, French Ultramarine and earth green for grainy effects.
