Around 80% of customer orders are shipped via our courier and Confirmation of Despatch e-mails now contain tracking details, allowing you to easily check on the progress of your order after it’s been despatched.

Your Account

All account details have been transferred from our old site to the new one and you should be able to use the same username and password to log in. Unfortunately it has not yet been possible to transfer customers' order history. We're working on a solution to allow you to see your old orders online, but in the meantime we'd be happy to mail, e-mail or fax copies of previous orders should you require them.Click here if you need to contact us.

Our popular Loyalty Bonus Scheme will continue as before, rewarding everyone who spends over £250 in 4 or more purchases through the year November – November.
